The Leadership Challenge Self Empowered Facilitator Training is designed to prepare leadership development trainers, coaches, and consultants to deliver The Leadership Challenge Self Empowered Workshop within your organization. You will gain an in-depth understanding of The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® and get valuable practice facilitating the workshop while getting insightful feedback. Upon successful completion, Practitioners will receive a Self Empowered Trained Facilitator credential.
In this session, you'll learn from Valarie Willis, a Leadership Challenge Certified Master. Valarie is an accomplished speaker, facilitator, consultant, and executive coach focused on the areas of leadership, team building, innovation, customer experience, and change. As a Certified Master facilitator of The Leadership Challenge for over sixteen years, Valarie has designed and delivered The Leadership Challenge in many various settings and formats.
