A full refund, less a $250 cancellation fee, will be made if the cancellation notice is received 45 days or more before the event's start date. Cancellations less than 45 days before the event are not permitted; however, Wiley allows attendee substitutions if enough time remains before the event for the substitution to complete ALL required pre-work and participate effectively. Failure to attend the event without advance notice results in liability for the entire event fee. Any and all refunds are contingent on discontinuing use of and after the return of any product received as part of the training.
