The Leadership Challenge® Workshop gives you the opportunity to practice, understand, and adopt The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® with the guidance of trained experts. At this workshop, you’ll learn how to set an example, voice your vision for the future, and inspire others. You’ll also learn how to interpret and act on personalized feedback from your LPI® Leadership Practices Inventory®. This workshop is a prerequisite for trainers and facilitators who would like to go on to become a Trained Facilitator of The Leadership Challenge. In this session, you’ll learn from Tawnya Mitchell, a Leadership Challenge Certified Master with more than 15 years’ experience in corporate and public sector consulting roles.
