Bio: Dr. Michael XU is the founder and Chairman of Beijing Excelland Education & Technology Co.Ltd.，and Excelland Leadership Center，since 2008. He is a Certified Master Facilitator of The Leadership Challenge® since 2014, and a Certified Master Facilitator of 4-D Systems. Dr. XU is an executive coach and leadership scholar, who translated more than 20 leadership books into Chinese in the last 10 years, including The Leadership Challenge , The Leadership Pipeline, Coaching for Leadership, Coching for Performance, Leading Change, On becoming a Leader, Handbook of CCL Leadership development, and so on. Dr. XU was the executive associate director of Executive Education, Tsinghua SEM, from 2003-2008. He also has taught leadership development for Tsinghua MBA and undergraduate since 2011. He is the associate president and secretary of Education and Consulting Association , Tsinghua MBA alumni . Dr. XU are frequent keynote speakers, and has conducted numerous leadership development programs for corporate and for purpose organizations in China. These include: Alibaba,Bank of China, China Construction Bank, China Merchants Bank , China Mobile, China Telecom, Emerson , FAW-Volkswagen, Hongkong and China Gas Group, Huawei, John Diehl, JD.com, Meituan，Novo Nordisk, OPPO, PetroChina, Sinopec, Xiaomi. He has lectured at over twenty college and university campuses. Dr. XU received Ph.D (2009) and MBA (2000) from School of Economic and Management, Tsinghua University.
