As a Senior Consultant and Account Manager at FlashPoint, he draws on his 25+ years of management experience in nonprofit, financial services, and pharmaceutical industries across operations management, training management, and international consulting. He has a Master of Science in education with a specialization in training and performance improvement and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development through the Association for Talent Development as well as a Certified Master of The Leadership Challenge.
