Kim Chesky

Bio: Kim is the president of LeadingWise, a consulting team committed to helping our partners enhance individual, team and organizational effectiveness. He has over 30 years of experience building partnerships with clients to design and deliver leadership development, coaching, team and organizational development solutions. Because learning is a process, he created a unique, evidence-based approach to learning that is proven to change behavior, enhance team engagement, improve the patient/customer experience and increase organizational effectiveness. He trains leaders at all levels across a broad range of organizations from Fortune 50 companies to non-profits. His industry experience includes healthcare, agribusiness, insurance, manufacturing, energy, education, publishing and non-profits. Kim has served as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant and Human Resource Manager for a Fortune 50 health insurance leader and led the training and organizational development function in manufacturing, publishing and agribusiness industries. He has been responsible for leading large scale strategic planning, organizational/cultural change and merger/acquisition integration projects. He earned both his BA in Economics and an MBA in Organizational Effectiveness and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a graduate of Graduate Institute of Cooperative Leadership University of Missouri-Columbia and the Epiphany Association’s program in Formative Spirituality and Counseling. He is a certified coach and pioneered training internal coaches to support the learning and development of transformational leaders. Since 2006, he has been a Certified Master Facilitator for The Leadership Challenge. And he is certified in Senn-Delaney’s Leadership and Culture Shaping Workshop, DiSC and team development workshops. Kim’s passion is developing transformational leaders with the talent they need to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing world.
