Jo has over 25 years’ experience working in the corporate environment, from the financial services sector to energy and manufacturing. She has direct experience of leading teams and complex multi-stakeholder projects, often on a virtual pan-European basis. She particularly enjoys working with culturally diverse groups.
One of Jo’s favourite quotes is “Great leaders do not create followers; they create more leaders” (Tom Peters, 2018) and she believes that ‘what we embody shapes how we lead’ - that exemplary leadership and high performance come from awareness and responsibility. Jo works with with her clients so that they can convert ‘knowing’ into ‘doing’ - and then ‘doing’ into ‘being.’
