Robin Jarvis

Bio: Robin L. Jarvis is the Sr. Director of Organizational Development and DEI and is an expert in adult learning with over 25 years of experience in high technology, retail, healthcare, and consulting companies. She has experience in new employee orientation and onboarding, leadership development, talent management and organizational development, as well as serving as a HR Business Partner and leading a global talent acquisition team. Her work has taken her from Texas to India, China, Singapore, Taiwan, England and now, Tennessee. She has designed and facilitated workshops on topics including new employee orientation, new leader orientation, change management, employee engagement, career development, managerial and leadership fundamentals, learning styles, Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Extended DISC, StrengthsFinder, meeting skills, and executive presentation skills. She is a Certified Master Trainer and LPI coach for The Leadership Challenge®. Robin has co-presented at several conferences on the topics of onboarding and orientation as well as cross-cultural competence. She co-authored, The Staff Educator’s Guide to Clinical Orientation, now in its third edition. In addition to completing a Master of Science in leadership and being an Associate Fellow in Global Talent Management, Jarvis has participated in over 500 hours of additional training in topics such as brain-based learning, accelerated learning, cross-cultural communication, instructional design, neuro-linguistic programming, and meeting design and facilitation.
