Bio: Lynn is a 19 year law enforcement veteran who recently made a career change to become the Executive Director of Fostering Hope in Austin, TX--an organization that equips families, churches and organizations to transform the lives of foster and adoptive children. Prior to that move, he served as Lieutenant in the Training Operations Division at the Texas Department of Public safety where he oversaw the Leadership and Professional Development Unit. Lynn served Texas DPS for 16 years. Along with his passion for The Leadership Challenge, he is also a Certified Maxwell Leadership Team member. Additionally, Lynn has served in a variety of church and ministry leadership roles for over two decades. Lynn is married to his wife Amanda, and have six children. They are passionate advocates of children in foster care.
