Bio: Halogen is a youth development organisation that has been building young leaders since 2003. Our mission is to build character, mindsets and skillsets that will inspire young people to lead themselves, lead others and lead change well. Our vision is to realise a world made better by future-ready young people, who step up and catalyse change in their communities. To do that, we partner with institutions to build in them the capability to develop and assess their leaders, both staff and youth. As a Global Training Partner of The Leadership Challenge with a Certified Master Facilitator, we consult with organisations to design and implement a sustainable framework of leadership development based on The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®. As a non-profit organisation, we also have the ability to raise funds to make some of these leadership development solutions accessible to organisations and communities who may otherwise be unable to afford it.
