This self-paced introductory program helps educators learn to develop young leaders through The Student Leadership Challenge® model. This virtual course conveys a basic understanding of The Five Practices of Exemplary Student Leadership, the Student LPI®: Leadership Practices Inventory® assessment, and how to develop the leadership behaviors of instructors and students alike. Each section of the course includes coaching tips, a word from the authors of The Student Leadership Challenge, a lesson review, and a self-administered assessment to help educators gauge their understanding of the content.
