Encourage The Heart
Make sure that people are creatively rewarded for their contributions to the success of your projects. Write down something that each of your constituents personally enjoys. Use this list as a starting point for determining how you might reward them for their contributions and/or create a simple metaphor to incorporate into your recognition for each person.
