Meet Jim Kouzes

Jim Kouzes, the Executive Fellow at the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship for the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University, began his lifelong career in education while serving in the Peace Corps. Since then, Jim received numerous awards and recognitions, including acknowledgment as one of the twelve best executive educators in the US, according to The Wall Street Journal. In addition to The Leadership Challenge, Jim co-authored several other publications about leadership, directed the Executive Development Center at Santa Clara University, and served as president, CEO, and chairman of the Tom Peters Company. He founded the Joint Center for Human Services Development at San Jose State University and currently serves on the advisory board of the School of Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University and is a Fellow of the Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University.
