THE LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE® WORKSHOP AND FACILITATOR TRAINING
(OPTION 1)

What you will receive:

• A two-day Leadership Challenge® Workshop, a highly experiential workshop that focuses on The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®, developed from the original and proven research of bestselling authors Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner
• Participant's Workbook (167 pages)
• The Leadership Challenge (4th edition) book
• The on-line Leadership Practices Inventory (assessment tool) for one Self and up to ten "Observer" respondents (direct reports, manager, co-workers, etc.). Participants receive confidential feedback relating to the frequency of their use of The Five Practices.

Facilitator Training:
After attending the Public Workshop you will spend two days of training preparing to deliver The Leadership Challenge® Workshop. This training will give you the tools to tailor implementation and delivery to your employees and to your specific, pressing leadership needs.
