- Deliver the authorized Leadership Challenge® Workshop with a network of experienced Master Facilitators or train you or your facilitators to deliver the program on your own.
- Partner with you to co-facilitate workshops with your internal professionals.

- Assist in planning and implementing organizational change and leadership initiatives and high profile events.
- Provide coaching services using the LPI.
- Offer assistance in becoming a Certified Leadership Challenge Facilitator.
