John Wiley & Sons, Inc. offers administrative services for the LPI: Leadership Practices Inventory on a case-by-case basis. For more information, please contact us at 1-866-888-5159 or email leadership@wiley.com.

As your partner providing Administration Services for the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), look to us to help guide you and your developing leaders through every step of the process. We’re here with immediate assistance to help leaders and observers troubleshoot issues. We’ll also provide you with weekly updates on participant progress and reminders to individual leaders, and confidential LPI feedback reports.

A variety of Custom Reports can be created to meet your unique needs. We gather together all participant data and generate reports that provide clear insight into the results, visually displayed to help facilitate the training process and highlight the lessons that can be learned. Of the 7 report options available, data can be presented in various formats: Excel spreadsheets, bar and line graphs, LPI Percentile Ranking Graph, PowerPoint, and the Leadership Behaviors Ranking Graph.

For example, The Five Practices® Comparative Data Graph is a versatile custom graph (either line graph or bar graph) that compares The Five Practices® Average Scores and may represent any of the following:
  • Leader or Group: over multiple LPI administrations
  • One group to another group: within an organization
5 Practices Comparative Graph

As your admin support for The Leadership Challenge® Workshop, we’ll coordinate getting the right materials to the right destination, on time. We’ll order and ship the products and forms you specify to your designated location, track their delivery, and guarantee the accuracy and quality of the shipment when delivered.

"We have been able to use these reports as 'empirical' evidence of where we need to focus as a leadership team to shift to more of an 'enterprise' culture," says Fred Colon of St. Paul Travelers, who has used the Group Leadership Behaviors Ranking Analysis extensively.
