Patterns and Messages

Any data, whether from the Leadership Practices Inventory® or another source, is only numbers or words until you can make sense of it. When you look at an impressionist painting from a few inches away, for instance, it’s not much more than colored dots. It’s only when you stand back that a pattern appears. In the same way, stand back from your data and see what emerges. What patterns do you see? What messages does the data give you?
