Test Wiley's latest product in development: The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team - Types Version

Wiley Workplace Learning Solutions invites you and your clients to test a new product in development—The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team: Types Version.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ has a simple goal: to facilitate a learning experience that helps professionals and their organizations discover what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team.

Grounded in the model described in Patrick Lencioni’s internationally best-selling book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, in this program, participants will learn how they—as a team—score on the key components of the model: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Additionally, the program weaves in the Jungian personality traits of Introversion/Extroversion, Sensing/Intuiting, Thinking/Feeling, and Judging/Perceiving to help individuals better understand themselves as well as others. Using these results, participants will be able to create a better, stronger team.

We are currently seeking intact teams or work groups to participate in facilitated classroom testing of this product. The test period begins June 2015 and runs until August 2015. Participants in this product test will receive
  • A 37-page highly personalized report for individuals
  • Context-specific feedback
  • Tips and strategies for improving teamwork effectiveness
  • An Opportunity for building an action plan
Please note that test products are available at no cost to you or your client for the duration of the beta test. Additionally, timing and availability is subject to change without notice and we cannot guarantee that this product will ever be offered for sale. Furthermore, test products are not authorized for resale, nor are they intended as substitutes for scheduled organizational training sessions or as a way to offset budgeted training.
