Take one day this week to focus on the Practice of Inspiring a Shared Vision. Speak with at least one individual constituent or team member during the day about your own convictions—about the higher meaning and purpose of your work. Make notes about your conversation and consider how you might use what you learned to motivate others to a higher level of work.
