Tips for Leaders How am I doing? leadership behaviors

Every day, ask, "How am I doing?"

An important part of any development process is stepping back and asking, “How am I doing? What did I do today to practice my leadership behaviors? What happened?

What leadership opportunities might I have missed?” It’s a good idea to ask those questions every day, even when you are very busy, and jot down your observations in a journal or a daily planner. It only takes a few minutes, and you will have those written observations to refer to when you’re ready for a more comprehensive review.
